The Isle of Purbeck is the perfect location for a short walking holiday. Stunning coastline, beautiful countryside, quaint villages, castles, the Purbecks have it all! It is easily accessed, there is excellent public transport, and if you wish you can arrive by air or train at Bournemouth or train at Wareham and be taken to your accommodation. Once there, there is no need for a car. Not only is local transport good, there are pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and the beautiful walks start right from your doorstep.

Walks are led by local author and photographer, Robert Westwood, author of several books about the Jurassic Coast, including the Jurassic Coast Trust's walking guides. You will learn about this fascinating coastline in a simple, straightforward manner.
